Interim tariffs for the retransmission of distant radio and television signals during 1996

Reasons for decision

At the request of the Copyright Collective of Canada, the Board adopts, as interim tariffs for the retransmission of distant radio and television signals during 1996, the text attached to this interim decision. The tariffs are similar to the ones certified by the Board for 1995, also on an interim basis.

The forms contained in the tariffs for 1992 to 1994 shall be used for the interim tariffs, except for Form 2, which is attached to this interim decision. Appendix A to the tariffs remains the same.
