Correction to the publication of the statement of royalties to be paid for the retransmission of distant television and radio signals in Canada during 1992, 1993 and 1994

In accordance with section 70.63 of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board approved and published the above-noted statement of royalties in the Canada Gazette on January 16, 1993.

As a result of an error, the publication failed to include Appendix A to each tariff - the list and addresses of the collecting bodies to which retransmitters must make payments. To remedy this error, the Board hereby publishes Appendix A to each tariff.
