NOTICE OF THE BOARD

 

SOCAN Tariff 5.A – Exhibitions and Fairs for the years 2018-2020, 2021 and 2022-2024

May 9, 2022

 

[1] Based on the submissions filed by the Parties, including SOCAN’s submission pursuant to Notice [CB-CDA 2021-051], the Board is of the preliminary view that it has sufficient information to undertake the analysis and make a decision on the proposed tariffs under examination, in keeping with the principle of proportionality.

[2] Should any of the Parties disagree with this approach, they shall file by May 31, 2022, a proposed schedule of proceeding, with justification.
