[1] On June 10, 2022, SOCAN filed a motion for a ruling from the Board converting Pandora’s status in this proceeding from an objector to an intervener and striking the evidence filed by Pandora on May 13, 2022.

[2] Given the upcoming deadline for the filing of SOCAN’s responding case (June 28, 2022),Parties may respond to or comment on SOCAN’s motion by no later than June 21, 2022 and their submissions shall not exceed 2 pages.
