[1] Following Pandora's request (see below), we would like to confirm that the only parties concerned by Notice CB-CDA 2022-032 are Pandora and Apple and Sirius who are both intervenors. Please note that counsel cc'd to the email are the Re:Sound 8 parties who continue to receive all correspondence in the OMS file. They are not expected to respond to Board Notices and Orders regarding the present file.

[2] Pandora's request is partially granted. Pandora, Apple and Sirius may respond to or comment on SOCAN’s motion by no later than June 21, 2022, and their submissions shall not exceed 4 pages for Pandora and 2 pages for each Apple and Sirius.
