NOTICE OF THE BOARD
File: SOCAN TARIFF 5.A – Exhibitions and Fairs for the years 2018-2020, 2021 and 2022-2024

[1] In Board Notice [CB-CDA 2022-027], the parties were made aware of the Board’s view that no further information was required in order to proceed with the deliberation in the above noted file, unless the parties indicated otherwise. Since the parties did not respond to said Notice, the Board is now ready to conclude its written hearing process in the consideration of SOCAN Tariff 5.A for all years 2018 to 2024.
[2] For the purpose of calculating the 12-month period referred to in Section 2(a) of the Time Limits in Respect of Matters Before the Copyright Board Regulations, The Board informs the parties that it has begun its deliberation process, as of June 1, 2022.
