NOTICE OF THE BOARD

 

File: Online Allied Services (SOCAN – 22.D.3)(2007-2013)

[1] Regarding the approval of a series of proposed tariffs as a single tariff, SOCAN 22.D.3, for the years 2007–2013 (the “Tariff”), the Board informs the parties to this proceeding (the Parties) of the following.

[2] The Board intends to use the jointly-submitted text as a basis for the Tariff.

[3] However, the Board has identified potential issues that may require changes to this text. With a view to finding solutions to these issues, the Board is open to hosting an informal, technical meeting with the Parties and Board staff.

[4] The results of this meeting would inform the contents of a draft Tariff, which will be provided to Parties for their formal, written comments on its wording (e.g., exactness, coherence, intelligibility).

[5] Parties must indicate whether they would like to participate in such an informal, technical meeting by no later than July 13, 2022.

[6] If no party so indicates, the Board will proceed with its usual, formal tariff-wording consultation in writing.
