[1] We have received a request to clarify how the Board would like the references to be organized in response to the Notice in CB-CDA 2022-038, identification of portions of existing record.

[2] For this purpose, it is sufficient to provide a list of references organized by issue. For example:

[3] This is also a reminder that the references should not be accompanied by any new submissions.

[4] As established in CB-CDA 2022-038, any response to that Notice must be filed by no later than July 29, 2022.
