[1] On October 7, 2022, Re:Sound filed its reply case in this matter. On October 21, Pandora sought leave to file a sur-reply to Re:Sound’s reply. On October 24, SiriusXM also sought leave to file a sur-reply.

[2] Both motions are granted. Pandora and SiriusXM may each file a sur-reply, not to exceed three pages in length. The content of the sur-reply is restricted to responses to new issues raised by Re:Sound in its reply of October 7.

[3] The sur-replies shall be filed no later than November 1, 2022.
