RULING OF THE BOARD

 

File: Online Allied Services (SOCAN – 22.D.3)(2007-2013)

November 15, 2022

 

[1] On November 14, 2022, SOCAN wrote to the Board requesting an extension of time for the deadline set in Notice CB-CDA-2022-58, which required parties to file any comments by that date, to November 21, 2022.

[2] SOCAN provides two reasons for requesting the extension:

1. SOCAN is working on the Statements of Grounds for its Proposed Tariffs for 2022.

2. SOCAN would like some additional time to confer with the Objectors.

[3] SOCAN states that all Objectors have consented to the requested extension.

[4] While the Board prefers that requests for extension be sent in advance of any relevant deadline, the request is nevertheless granted.

[5] Parties may file their comment by November 21, 2022.
