[1] The Board has the following additional questions in relations to proposed Tariff 22.C for SOCAN:

1. Is there a justification for the 22% minimum fee increase under proposed tariff 22.C?

2. Is the inflation rate relevant?

3. If so, what is the appropriate inflation adjustment (please provide your calculations)?

[2] SOCAN’s response shall be filed and provided to all other parties, including Interveners, by Wednesday, October 12, 2022, noon.

[3] Replies may be filed and provided to all other parties by Monday, October 17, 2022, noon.
