File: SOCAN Tariff 6 – Motion Picture Theatres for the years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020-2021 and 2022-2024

[1] Following Board Ruling CB-CDA 2022-066, the Parties have requested a further three-month extension to the suspension period in order to continue settlement discussions.

[2] In light of the reported progress made in terms of settlement discussions, this request is granted.

[3] The Parties shall report back to the Board on or before Monday, May 22, 2023.
