ORDER OF THE BOARD

Proceeding: SOCAN Tariff 22.D.3 – Online Allied Services (2014-2023)

March 28, 2023

[1] On March 28, 2023, the Board received an email stating that certain participants in the SOCAN 22.D.3 (2014-2023) proceeding did not receive Ruling 2023-013, issued on March 13, 2023.

[2] Included in the Ruling were three orders, the first of which was for the Objectors and the Intervener to indicate their intent to participate in the proceeding no later than Monday, March 27, 2023. Failure to indicate such intent would result in the Board deeming that entity as no longer a participant in the proceeding as of Tuesday, March 28, 2023.

[3] On March 27, 2023, the Board received submissions from Goodlife Fitness Centers Inc. and Stingray indicating that they would not be participating in the proceeding.

I. Order

[4] The Board apologizes for any previous miscommunication and amends the schedule set out in Ruling 2023-013 as follows:

· The Objectors and the Intervener shall indicate intent to participate by Monday, April 10, 2023.

· Non-responsive entities shall be deemed to no longer participate Tuesday, April 11, 2023.

· SOCAN, the CAB, the BDUs shall file submissions by Monday, April 17, 2023.

· Objectors and the Intervener may respond by Monday, May 8, 2023.

[5] Despite Ruling 2023-013, all entities that were listed in that Ruling remain participants in the current proceeding, except for those that have indicated their intent to withdraw. Table 1, below, contains the current status of these entities.
