For the purposes of Rule 22 of the Copyright Board Rules of Practice and Procedure, the Board gives notice that the information provided in the Notice of Grounds for the Proposed Tariff is sufficient to issue a decision in regards to the Commercial Radio Reproduction Tariff for the years 2024 to 2026.
