NOTICE OF THE BOARD
Proceeding: Re:Sound Tariff 8 (2013-2018)

[1] Re:Sound, Stingray and the Canadian Association of Broadcasters (the “CAB”) have jointly requested approval of Re:Sound Tariff 8 for the years 2013-2018 in the form of a set of royalty rates, and, terms and conditions (the “jointly-submitted text” or JST hereafter).
[2] The administrative terms in the JST have been modified from the last-approved Re:Sound Tariff 8 (2009-2012) to reflect wording found in more current Internet-related tariffs.
[3] As a courtesy, the Board is providing a French version of the JST, and requires comments on the accuracy of the translated attached text.
[4] To the extent that the administrative terms set out in a JST may inform the approved tariff, and since the approved tariff must be published in both official languages, the Board encourages Parties to file copies of their JSTs in both official languages in order to improve the efficiency of proceedings.
[5] Parties may file comments on the French version of the JST no later than Wednesday, May 31, 2023. If applicable, any modification to the text should be properly identified by submitting a blackline version, unless such modifications render the document illegible.
