NOTICE OF THE BOARD

Proceeding: Television Retransmission [Redetermination (2014-2018)]

May 30, 2023

[1] The BDUs are permitted to file a sur-reply to the Collectives’ Response of May 26, 2023.

[2] In their Response, the Collectives argue that the corrections sought by the BDUs are beyond the jurisdiction of the Board to consider.

[3] This issue was not previously raised. Therefore, the BDUs are permitted to file a sur-reply. The content of this sur-reply must be limited to the issue of the Board’s jurisdiction.

[4] Any such response shall be filed no later than June 13, 2023.
