Order Dealing with Information for Which Confidential Treatment May be Claimed

[1] This order applies to documents and information that SOCAN designates as confidential or highly confidential.

[2] Pursuant to the Practice Notice on Format of Electronic Documents, SOCAN may designate information as (i) confidential by highlighting that information only in yellow (ii) highly confidential by highlighting that information only in blue. All highlighted text should be clearly legible.

[3] Where an entire page is confidential or highly confidential, either a yellow or blue page colour should be applied, respectively, to that page only.

[4] SOCAN may file confidential or highly confidential information pursuant to this order.

[5] This order does not in any way restrict SOCAN from using documents or information that it has designated confidential. Further, this order does not restrict the CAB or the BDUs from using documents that they have supplied or to which they are signatories.

[6] In the event that additional parties are added to this proceeding, SOCAN may file a request with the Board to modify this order.
