[CB-CDA 2023-035] RULING OF THE BOARD Matter: 71-2023-01 Totem v. Connect June 14, 2023 On June 14 2023, Connect requested an extension to the deadlines set out in Ruling CB-CDA 2023-026. It advised the Board that Totem Medias consented to the request.
The request is granted. The deadlines set out Ruling CB-CDA 2023-026 are amended as follows: Connect may file its comments by Friday, June 30, 2023. Totem Medias may reply by Friday, July 14, 2023.
