ORDER OF THE BOARD

 

File: SOCAN Tariff 6 – Motion Picture Theatres for the years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020-2021 and 2022-2024

[1] Following Board Order CB-CDA 2023-032, the Parties have filed a report on the status of their negotiations and have requested a further three-month extension to the suspension period in order to continue settlement discussions.

[2] Based on the detailed progress report provided by the Parties on the status of their discussions and projected timelines, this request is granted.

[3] The Parties shall report back to the Board on or before Thursday, November 30, 2023.
