ORDER OF THE BOARD

 

Proceeding: SOCAN Tariff 4.A – Live Performances at Concert Halls, Theatres and Other Places of Entertainment – Popular Music Concerts (2018-2024)

September 20, 2023

 

[1] Following Board Notice CB-CDA 2023-042 and Order CB-CDA 2023-043, the Canadian Live Music Association has requested an extension of time to prepare its response to the comments of SOCAN. CLMA advised that it wrote to the Parties, who have not objected to the extension.

[2] This request is granted.

[3] The Parties may now file with the Board and serve on the other parties their responses, if any, to the comments on the provided language no later than Thursday, September 28, 2023.
