RULING OF THE BOARD

 

Matter: 71-2023-01 Totem v. Connect

September 28, 2023

[1] On September 26, 2023, counsel for Connect requested the adjournment of the hearing scheduled for September 29, 2023, in the above-mentioned matter. They advised the Board that counsel for Totem Media consented to the request.

[2] The request is granted. The hearing is rescheduled and will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 1:30 p.m.

[3] The parameters of the hearing outlined in Ruling CB-CDA 2023-046 remain unchanged.

[4] The deadline for parties to submit their outline of oral arguments, set out in Ruling CB-CDA 2023-049, is changed to Tuesday, October 17, 2023.
