ORDER OF THE BOARD

 

Proceeding: Online Music Video Services (2014-2018)

December 12, 2023

 

[1] During the Case Management Conference of November 29, 2023, SOCAN said that it would work with the other parties to file a proposed timetable that was agreeable to all the Parties. This proposed timetable was to maintain the overall spirit of the Preliminary Schedule.

[2] I ask the Parties to file their proposed timetable by Friday, December 15, 2023. In the event that Parties are enable to file a joint proposed timetable, they may file their individual submissions on the Preliminary Schedule by the same date. If I do not receive any proposals by that date, the Preliminary Schedule will become the Schedule of Proceedings.
