ORDERS OF THE BOARD

 

Matter: 71-2023-01 Totem v. CONNECT

December 14, 2023

Subsequent to the case management conference of December 8, 2023, I make the following orders:

1. The Parties will file a Joint Statement of Facts, as well as a list of issues of fact or law that the Board should resolve, no later than Friday, January 26, 2024.

2. I will hold a case management conference on Friday, February 9, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. EST. The purpose of this case management conference will be to establish the next procedural step(s). I may provide additional details after receipt of the Parties’ Joint Statement of Facts and identified issues of fact or law.
