NOTICE OF THE BOARD

 

Matter: 71-2023-01 Totem v. Connect

May 1, 2024

[1] The current Schedule of Proceeding (Notice 2024-021, Annex) contemplates the possibility for the Board to put questions to the Parties prior to May 14, 2024.

[2] This Notice is to inform the Parties that I will not be putting questions to them at this time. This is, in part, to reduce the likelihood of there being more than one set of questions from the Board put to the Parties.

[3] I may put questions to the Parties at a later time, such as when I rule on any motions for additional evidence (currently scheduled for June 2024).
