NOTICE OF THE BOARD
Matter: 71-2023-01 Totem v. Connect
March 22, 2024
[1] CONNECT has requested an amendment to the Schedule of Proceedings, established in Order CB-CDA 2024-016, by postponing the steps therein by approximately 4 weeks.
[2] CONNECT states that this is to “enable it to complete its case record with the benefit of relevant information in the possession of a third party that is not yet available.” The request is not opposed by Totem.
[3] The request is granted, and I hereby issue a revised Schedule of Proceedings in Annex A.
