[1] On April 3, 2024, counsel for SOCAN with the consent of counsel for Stingray wrote to the Board, requesting an extension of the deadline to file the Joint Statement of Issues. They noted that the extension “would likely have only a minimal effect on the timetable for the proceeding.”

[2] I agree. The deadline for the Joint Statement of Issues is extended to April 15, 2024, and all other deadlines are extended accordingly, as shown in the following table.
