ORDER OF THE BOARD

 

Matters: Commercial Television Tariffs (2014-2024) and CBC Television Tariffs (2015-2025)

 

June 14, 2024

[1] On May 10, 2024, Counsel for SOCAN wrote on behalf of all interested parties informing me that the parties had agreed in principle to maintain Tariffs 2A and 17 at status quo up to the end of 2024 and that a joint text was being finalized regarding these tariffs.

[2] I understand that SOCAN is pursuing discussions with the CBC with respect to SOCAN Tariff 2.D.

[3] Finally, I would like to hold a case management conference for the reproduction tariffs. I am available at the following dates and times:

1) Wednesday, July 3, 2024 from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

2) Thursday, July 4, 2024 from 3:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.

3) Monday, July 8, 2024 from 2:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m.

ORDER

[4] I ask that the JSTs be filed prior to the CMC.

[5] I ask parties to confirm their availability for the CMC no later than Friday, June 21, 2024. An agenda will follow prior to the CMC.
