ORDER OF THE BOARD

 

Proceeding: SOCAN Tariff 22.E – Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018)

June 18, 2024

I. WRITTEN HEARING

[1] I intend to hold a written hearing for the consideration of the above-mentioned proposed tariffs in response to the joint request for approval filed by SOCAN on January 25, 2023.

II. order

[2] To this end, parties shall file by Thursday, July 4, 2024 any agreement relating to the jointly-submitted text (“JST”). This would include:

  • -any agreement (other than the January 25, 2023, letter) to file the JST;

  • -any agreement (formal or informal; detailed or simplified) on what rates CBC will pay, which may differ from the JST rates.
