I. hearings cancelled

[1] In Notice CB-CDA 2024-034, I had indicated my intention to hold hearings in relation to the above-mentioned Proposed Tariffs in June. I am in receipt of Re:Sound, SOCAN and the CBC’s responses to the Notice.

[2] At this time, I am informing the parties that I will not hold those hearings.

[3] I will provide further directions for each of the proceedings shortly.
