NOTICE OF THE BOARD

 

Proceeding: Radio Retransmission Tariff (2019-2023)

February 15, 2024

 

On March 28, 2023, the parties[1] filed a jointly-submitted text (“JST”) and requested that the Board approve the proposed Radio Retransmission tariff for the years 2019-2023 based on the JST.

 

The Board hereby notifies the parties of its intention to proceed with the consideration of the Radio Retransmission Tariff for the years 2019-2023 based on the JST.

At this time, the Board does not have any questions to address to the parties. For the purpose of calculating the 12-month period referred to in Section 2(a) of the Time Limits in Respect of Matters Before the Copyright Board Regulations, the Board hereby fixes the final date for filing written submissions to Thursday, February 29, 2024.
