Proceeding: Online Music Video Services (2014-2018)

July 11, 2024

[1] Further to Notice 2024-046, SOCAN filed two proposals to permit the use of responses to interrogatories posed in the previous iteration of this proceeding.

[2] One of these proposals was to permit SOCAN to rely on Apple’s responses to interrogatories. SOCAN usefully informs me that Apple had indicated that it intends to oppose this request.

[3] Apple may respond to SOCAN’s proposal by July 18, 2024.
