ORDER OF THE BOARD

 

Proceeding: CPCC – Private Copying Tariff (2025-2027)

July 16, 2024

[1] I acknowledge receipt of CPCC’s correspondence dated July 8, 2024, in which CPCC formally withdrew its request for a technical assistance meeting.

[2] Furthermore, I have reviewed and taken into account CPCC’s correspondence dated June 14, 2024, which provided a schedule for filing its case record in response to the Board's request in Notice CB-CDA 2024-037.

[3] Upon careful consideration of the provided information and timelines, I hereby authorize CPCC file its case record no later than Friday, November 29, 2024.
