Matter: SOCAN Tariff 2.D (2019, 2020-2022, 2023-2025)

October 7, 2024

[1] On October 1, 2024, I held a Case Management Conference (CMC) with the Parties to the Commercial Television Tariffs (2015-2027) and CBC Television Tariffs (2015-2025) matters, where I reiterated my intention to hold a distinct CMC for SOCAN Tariff 2.D in October.

[2] I am available at the following dates and times:

· Friday, October 18, 2024, from 2:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m.

· Tuesday, October 22, 2024, from 10:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m.

· Wednesday, October 23, 2024 from 2:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m.

ORDER

[3] I ask representatives for SOCAN and the CBC to confirm their availability at the proposed dates and times no later than Friday, October 11, 2024.

[4] I also ask that SOCAN and the CBC file, no later than 3 business days prior to the CMC, a joint proposed schedule of proceedings as well as a list of issues to be discussed at the CMC.

[5] An agenda will follow prior to the CMC.
