I. REQUEST FOR EXTENSION

[1] On July 30, 2024, Counsel for the Broadcast Distribution Undertakings requested that the deadline to respond to Order CB-CDA 2024-058 be extended by two weeks; to Friday, August 16, 2024.

II. ruling

[2] The extension request is granted. Parties shall provide their joint answers by no later than Friday, August 16, 2024.
