NOTICE OF THE BOARD

 

Proceeding: Re:Sound Tariff 4 – Satellite Radio Services (2019-2021)

October 22, 2024

 

[1] On August 6, 2020, Re:Sound and SiriusXM filed a jointly-submitted text (“JST”) and requested that the Board approve the proposed Satellite Radio Services tariff for the years 2019-2021 based on the JST.

[2] On June 19, 2024, the Board, through Notice CB-CDA 2024-045, advised Parties that it would proceed with a written hearing on the basis of the record.

[3] At this time, the Board does not have any questions to address to the parties. For the purpose of calculating the 12-month period referred to in Section 2(a) of the Time Limits in Respect of Matters Before the Copyright Board Regulations, the Board hereby fixes the final date for filing written submissions to Wednesday, November 6, 2024.
