RULING OF THE BOARD

 

Matter: SOCAN Commercial Radio – Public Performance of Music (2007-2018)

 

October 3, 2024

I. REQUEST FOR EXTENSION

[1] On October 2, 2024, SOCAN and CAB asked the Board to extend by two weeks the deadline to respond to Order CB-CDA 2024-070. They contend that they require additional time to prepare their joint request for approval of the proposed tariffs at issue in the proceeding.

II. ruling

[2] The extension request is granted. Parties shall provide the information requested in Order CB-CDA 2024-070 by no later than Wednesday, October 16, 2024.
