One week delay is granted
[1] On October 15, 2024, CONNECT requested a one-week extension to file an Expert Report. CONNECT did not provide a reason for the request.
[2] Given that CONNECT has not requested many delays in this proceeding, and given that this is a s. 71 proceeding not directly affecting non-parties, I grant the request.
