Order Dealing with Information for Which Confidential Treatment May be Claimed

[1] This order applies to documents and information that CPCC designates as confidential or highly confidential.

[2] Pursuant to the Practice Notice on Format of Electronic Documents [PN 2019‐001 rev. 1], CPCC may designate information as (i) confidential by highlighting that information only in yellow (ii) highly confidential by highlighting that information only in blue. All highlighted text should be clearly legible.

[3] Where an entire page is confidential or highly confidential, either a yellow or blue page colour should be applied, respectively, to that page only.

[4] CPCC may file confidential or highly confidential information pursuant to this order.

[5] This order does not in any way restrict CPCC from using documents or information that it has designated confidential.

[6] In the event that additional parties are added to this proceeding, CPCC may file a request with the Board to modify this order.
