ORDER OF THE BOARD

 

Proceeding: 71-2023-01 Totem Médias Inc. v CONNECT Music Licensing Service Inc.

November 4, 2024

[1] In Ruling CB-CDA 2024-080, I indicated that if Totem informed me that it did not intend to file a Responding Expert Report, I would adjust the schedule accordingly.

[2] On October 28, 2024, Totem confirmed that this is the case.

[3] I therefore adjust the dates of the Schedule as follows:

· Each Party files Final Submissions: Monday, November 25, 2024;

· Each Party files their Reply to Final Submissions: Monday, December 9, 2024.

[4] For the purpose of calculating the 12-month period referred to in section 2 of the Time Limits in Respect of Matters Before the Copyright Board Regulations, the final day to present written submissions will be Monday, December 9, 2024.
