RULING OF THE BOARD

 

Matter: Commercial Television Tariffs (2014-2024)

 

November 20, 2024

 

I. RULING

[1] Further to the receipt of CMRRA’s submissions dated November 14, 2024, regarding the continued participation of the BDUs in this matter, and the subsequent request from the BDUs to respond to the submissions, I hereby grant the request.

[2] The BDUs may respond to CMRRA’s submissions no later than Wednesday, November 27, 2024.

II. CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE

[3] I received the parties availabilities for the Case Management Conference. I will set the date once the BDUs' participation has been confirmed.
