NOTICE OF THE BOARD

 

Proceeding: Non-Commercial Radio Reproduction Tariffs [CSI: 2018 ; CMRRA/SOCAN: 2020-2026]

November 25, 2024

[1] On November 22, 2024, CMRRA and SOCAN (the “Collectives”), with the consent of the Associations, requested that the Board grant a three-day extension to respond to Ruling CB-CDA 2024-091, to Wednesday, November 27, 2024.

[2] The extension request is granted. The Collectives may respond to Ruling CB-CDA 2024-091 no later than Wednesday, November 27, 2024.
