NOTICE OF THE BOARD

 

Proceeding: Non-Commercial Radio Reproduction Tariffs [CSI: 2018 ; CMRRA/SOCAN: 2020-2026]

November 29, 2024

[1] On November 27, 2024, CMRRA and SOCAN (the “Collectives”), with the consent of the Associations, requested for the third time that the Board grant a short extension to respond to Ruling CB-CDA 2024-091, to Friday, December 6, 2024.

[2] The extension request is granted. The Collectives may respond to Ruling CB-CDA 2024-091 no later than Friday, December 6, 2024.

[3] The Board would like to remind parties that requests for extensions of time ought to be submitted reasonably in advance of the deadline for submissions.
