RULING OF THE BOARD

 

Proceeding: 71-2023-01 Totem Médias Inc. v CONNECT Music Licensing Service Inc.

 

November 21, 2024

[1] On November 20, 2024, Totem, with the consent of CONNECT, requested an extension of approximately one week for the Parties to file Final Submissions and to file Replies to Final Submissions.

[2] Given the consent of the Parties, and given the short extension, the request is granted as requested.

[3] Each Party shall file Final Submissions by Friday, November 29, 2024. Each Party shall file their Reply to Final Submissions by Monday, December 16, 2024.
