Matter: SOCAN Tariff 2.D – Television - Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (2015-2025)

January 6, 2025

 

[1] In Order CB-CDA 2024-098, I granted SOCAN an extension of time to file and serve its new explanation for its proposed tariff.

[2] On December 9, 2024, SOCAN filed its new explanation for its proposed tariff with the Board.

[3] CBC may supplement its Notice of Grounds of Objection in response to SOCAN’s new tariff explanation, no later than Monday, January 13, 2025.
