Proceeding: Re:Sound – Commercial Radio (2009-2025)

[1] The Board is now ready to conclude its written hearing process in the consideration of Re:Sound – Commercial Radio Tariffs, for the years 2009 to 2025.

[2] For the purpose of calculating the 12-month period referred to in Section 2(a) of the
Time Limits in Respect of Matters Before the Copyright Board Regulations, the Board hereby fixes the date for filing final written submissions as Monday, January 13, 2025.
