Proceeding: SOCAN Commercial Radio – Public Performance of Music
(2007-2018)

January 27, 2025

[1] The Board is now ready to conclude its written hearing process in the consideration of SOCAN Commercial Radio – Public performance of Music Tariffs for the years 2007 to 2018.

[2] For the purpose of calculating the 12-month period referred to in Section 2(a) of the Time Limits in Respect of Matters Before the Copyright Board Regulations, the Board hereby fixes the date for filing final written submissions to Monday, February 17, 2025.
