Proceeding: SOCAN Tariff 18 – Recorded Music for Dancing (2023-2025)

I. OVERVIEW

[1] On December 6, 2024, the Board issued Order CB-CDA 2024-104 requesting that parties provide a joint schedule of proceedings.

[2] Subsequently, Board Order CB-CDA 2024-113 was issued granting SOCAN’s request for an extension of the filing deadline.

[3] On January 17, 2025, pursuant to Board Order CB-CDA 2024-113, SOCAN and the objectors jointly filed a proposed schedule of proceedings.

II. SCHEDULE OF PROCEEDINGS
