CB-CDA 2025-017 Notice of the Board Proceeding: SOCAN – Background Music (2012-2019) February 20, 2025

The Board is now ready to conclude its written hearing process in the consideration of the SOCAN Background Music Tariffs (SOCAN Tariff 15.A, 15.B and 16) for the years 2012-2019.

For the purpose of calculating the 12-month period referred to in Section 2(a) of the Time Limits in Respect of Matters Before the Copyright Board Regulations, the Board hereby fixes the date for filing final written submissions to Thursday, March 13, 2025.
