Proceeding: SOCAN Tariff 19 – Physical Exercises and Dance Instruction (2018-2022)

March 14, 2025

[1] On March 6, 2025, SOCAN wrote to the Board advising that it intends to request an confidentiality order and asking for an extension to the deadline for submissions in Order CB-CDA 2025-019.

[2] The request is granted. SOCAN and FIC shall file the information requested in Order CB-CDA 2025-019 six weeks from the date of the issuance of the confidentiality order in this proceeding.
