Proceeding: Non-Commercial Radio [CSI: 2018; CMRRA/SOCAN 2020-2023]

[1] The Board is now ready to conclude its written hearing process in the consideration of the Non-Commercial Radio Tariffs [CSI: 2018; CMRRA/SOCAN 2020-2023].

[2] For the purpose of calculating the 12-month period referred to in Section 2(a) of the Time Limits in Respect of Matters Before the Copyright Board Regulations, the Board hereby fixes the date for filing final written submissions to Wednesday May 14, 2025.
